WASHINGTON — A busy stretch of 14th Street will be without water Thursday afternoon.

DC Water has shut off water on the west side of 14th street — between R and S streets — because of a broken water main.

Approximately 10 buildings are affected.

A spokesman for the company says they hope to have everyone restored by 10 p.m. tonight.
