Two arrested for selling synthetic marijuana in D.C.

WASHINGTON — D.C. police officers have arrested two people for allegedly selling synthetic marijuana at a store in Southeast.

A notice to cease all business operations was issued to the Smiley Mart along Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.

Dagem Gessesse, 32, and Sinafeke Ensuneh, 40, was arrested and charged with distribution of synthetic cannabinoids.
