WASHINGTON — D.C. firefighters rescued two people from a burning rowhome in Southeast Wednesday morning. The adults were pulled from the home in the 400 block of 16th Street SE just before 5:30 a.m. D.C. Fire tweeted that one is in critical condition and the other in serious condition with non-life-threatening injuries.
