Toddler found wandering Southeast reunited with parents

WASHINGTON — A toddler found wandering the streets of Southeast early Monday has been reunited with his parents. Metropolitan police were called at 12:53 a.m. after someone spotted the boy, believed to be 2- to 3 years old, alone on the 1300 block of Morris Road, Southeast. The toddler was found in good health wearing clothes but not shoes. The D.C. Child and Family Services Agency tweeted that the child’s parents had been found.
