Pedestrian killed on I-95 in Laurel

WASHINGTON — A pedestrian was killed on Wednesday morning after being stuck on Interstate 95 in Laurel, Maryland in Prince George’s County.

The victim was in the northbound lanes of the interstate around 11:40 a.m. at Brooklyn Bridge Road.

Maryland State Police say the driver involved remained on the scene.

Witnesses have said it’s possible the victim jumped in front of the car.

Police have not released any identifications of the people involved.
