Suspect sought in slaying at Va. restaurant

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — Charlottesville police are searching for a suspect in the fatal stabbing of a man during a party at restaurant.

Police tell media outlets that 19-year-old Taneak Quvaughn Turner of Charlottesville is charged with first-degree murder.

Turner is accused of stabbing 30-year-old Antonio Lamar Washington during an altercation at the Alhamraa Restaurant on May 10. The men were attending a party at the restaurant.

Police say Turner also was involved in a shooting in a parking lot outside the restaurant.
