Get ready for the first eclipse of the year

WASHINGTON — On Tuesday morning, around the time of 3:06 a.m., the moon will be eclipsed by Earth’s shadow for about 78 minutes.

But we might have some unexpected issues seeing it. The National Weather Service says it will probably rain at that time.

Some good news though, this is the first of four eclipses. The next total lunar eclipse will be in October.
