Allergy & Asthma Network(AAN) is dedicated to ending the needless death and suffering due to asthma, allergies and related conditions through outreach, education, advocacy and research. We are a patient centered multi-disciplinary network comprised of patients, physicians, healthcare executives, family caregivers, and community stakeholders. If we win this grant, we will focus our efforts in the DC metro area to provide in-home interventions to help improve the health outcomes of those living with asthma or allergies.
