Jury gets road rage case

WASHINGTON — A Fairfax County jury now has the case of a deadly road rage incident that happened last April in a Best Buy parking lot in the City of Fairfax.

William O’Brien and Librado Cena each landed punches when the two fought in that parking lot.

O’Brien died 10 days later from a head injury.

Cena is charged with misdemeanor assault and battery.

He’s pleaded not guilty.
