WASHINGTON – The D.C. Department of Transportation will close two right lanes on northbound D.C. Interstate 295 between Howard Road SE and 11th Street starting 8 p.m. Feb. 16 continuing until 5 a.m. Feb. 17.

In addition, there will be intermittent stoppages lasting 20 minutes at a time between midnight and 5 a.m.. Also the ramp from Howard Road SE to northbound D.C. I-295 will be closed from 9 p.m. Feb. 16 until 5 a.m. Feb. 17.

These closures are part of the 11th Street bridge project. Signed detours will be posted.
