WASHINGTON — Now that the Winter Olympics have closed, a parade of popular shows return to television this week with highly anticipated premieres.

The Sochi games have dominated primetime ratings for the past two weeks. “You’ll see a wave of new programming, a lot of returning shows,” says Matt Roush of TV Guide.

“The Voice” premieres Monday night. On Wednesday, FX series “The Americans” makes its return. Then on Thursday, ABC’s “Scandal” makes a comeback. If you’re a fan of these shows, you have a full week ahead.
