WASHINGTON – Do you ever wonder where your favorite TV show was set?

Some programs are easy to figure out. “Walker, Texas Ranger” clearly takes place in the Lonestar State, but what about “Smallville” or “Grace Under Fire?”

Business Insider created one of the best year-end maps highlighting the most popular shows set in every state.

Maryland claims “The Wire” and Virginia takes “Homeland.” Washington, D.C., didn’t make the map, but our vote is for HBO’s “Veep” or “The West Wing.”
