Police: Missing Md. man found safe, unharmed

UPDATE 8:56 a.m. 12/22/2013:

The Howard County police have found 76-year-old Thomas Blewett unharmed at around 8:30 a.m.

EARLIER:

WASHINGTON – Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 76-year-old man who has been missing since Saturday afternoon.

The Maryland State Police say that Thomas Edwin Blewett is white and about 6 feet tall, weighing about 190 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen Saturday at about 4 p.m. on White Peach Place, in Columbia.

He was wearing a dark blue sweater, blue golf shirt and black pants, and his vehicle is described as a gray 2010 Jeep Cherokee with Maryland registration 99911CC.
