WASHINGTON — A condom maker has released results of a recent penis-size study that has men in some states feeling proud, and others not so much.

Condomania found the men in Washington D.C. have something to be proud about after coming in 2nd on the list.

First place went to New Orleans, with San Diego, New York City, and Phoenix rounding out the top five.

Condomania also ranked penis-size by state, with New Hampshire, Oregon and New York topping the list and Iowa, Utah and Wyoming coming in last.
