Police: Md. man arrested for biting off tip of woman’s finger

WASHINGTON — A man has been charged with assault after Annapolis police say he bit off the tip of a woman’s finger Sunday morning.

Officers came to a home on the 100 block of Main Street at a little after 2 a.m. The woman told police she was attempting to break up a fight when the suspect bit off the tip of her left hand ring finger.

Police say they found and arrested 26-year-old Justin Brown, of Lothian.

He was charged with assault and disorderly conduct.

Brown has since been released from jail since posting $35,000 bond.
