WASHINGTON – A photo that shows hope and happiness in the wake of tragedy has gone viral.

The New York Daily News reports the photo of retired Marine Jesse Cottle and his wife, Kelly Cottle, was taken during the couple’s trip to Idaho to visit Kelly’s family home.
