Leggett, Baker Hold Back On Gubernatorial Endorsements — Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett and Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker, the two highest level local officials not to back someone in the governor’s race, both have their own re-election campaigns to worry about. Leggett said he’s in the process of hiring a campaign director and would like to meet with candidates Heather Mizeur and Doug Gansler before making an endorsement. Lt. Gov. Olazzo Owners To Open Taqueria On Cordell Avenue — The Owners of popular Norfolk Avenue Italian restaurant Olazzo plan to open a taqueria at 4928 Cordell Ave., former space of Bangkok One, sometime this fall.
