This is what happens inside your skin when a mosquito bites

WASHINGTON — The footage below shows exactly what happens inside your skin when you’re bitten by a mosquito.

The footage was taken at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, where Valerie Choumet and colleagues used a microscope to watch mosquitoes bite a flap of skin on an anesthetized mouse.
