WASHINGTON – A big fire has caused a lot of damage to a home in Potomac Wednesday evening.
Montgomery County Fire Captain Oscar Garcia says the call came in around 7:15 p.m.
Crews responded to a single family home on Vantage Court estimated to be about 4,000 square feet in size.
There was heavy fire when crews first arrived, and Garcia says flames burned through three levels of the home.
No one was home when the fire started and no injuries were reported.
Officials are still investigating the source of the fire.
