State Police seek man who jumped from moving car on I-95

WASHINGTON — Virginia State Police are asking for help finding a Herndon man who they say jumped out of a moving car along Interstate 95 in Fredericksburg.

Twenty-six-year-old Fredy Eduardo Corrales-Gonzalez was last seen after jumping out of the vehicle just north of the Route 3 exit around 7:10 p.m. on Monday. According to Virginia State Police, the people in the car last saw Corrales-Gonzalez running south in the northbound lanes of I-95.

State and local police, as well as fire and rescue agencies, have been searching the area for him for the past 24 hours. Due to the cold weather and a possible medical condition, they say Corrales-Gonzalez needs to be found quickly.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt with “UVA” written on the back, with red shorts and no shoes.
