Man missing from Stafford Co. spotted in Michigan

WASHINGTON – Stafford County police say a man missing since May 28, has been spotted in Michigan.

A family member of Floyd Tyler said Tyler stopped by his Detroit home briefly and then left on May 31.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s office has contacted Detroit and Grand Rapids police in hopes of safely locating Tyler.

WASHINGTON – Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help to locate a missing 48-year-old man who was was reported missing Tuesday night.

Floyd Tyler was last seen Tuesday around 10 a.m. in the area of Mine Road and the Wal-Mart on Garrisonville Road (Rt. 601) in north Stafford County.

Tylor is described as a 48-year-old black male, 5-feet-5-inches tall, 130 pounds, last seen wearing a white polo shirt, blue jeans with white stains and Nike shoes with no socks.

He walks with a limp and displays some cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information should call 911 immediately.
