The Nationals Park area in D.C. is one of the most expensive ballpark neighborhoods in the country, according to a list put together by The Atlantic’s theatlanticcities.com.

Atlantic Cities, using information from Trulia Inc.’s real estate data site, looked at residential real estate prices within one to two miles of Major League Baseball parks and ranked the Nats Park neighborhood the fourth most expensive.
