Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., has purchased a Penn Quarter condo for $740,000, or about $528 per square foot, within walking distance of her new office, The Washington Post reported.

The condo is just over 1,400 square feet, with two bedrooms and two baths. She closed on the property last month.
