Car Collision On River Road Leaves One Trapped

Emergency personnel this afternoon responded to an accident near the intersection of River Road and Whittier Boulevard to rescue a person trapped in a car.

Traffic appears slow in both directions of River Road around intersections with Whittier Boulevard and Goldsboro Road.
