Police ID man shot, killed in Prince George’s County

WASHINGTON — Police have identified the man who was shot and killed in Prince George’s County over the weekend.

On Monday, police said 20-year-old Felix Nazas of Oak Leaf Drive in Silver Spring died after he was shot in the 5700 block of 67th Avenue in Riverdale Sunday morning.

Police say officers were called to the scene at about 5:40 a.m. for a report of a shooting. Police say the officers were led to a car, and inside Nazas was suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency crews transported Nazas to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Detectives are working to identify a motive and suspects in the case.
