St. Regis Bar and lobby gets new look

The St. Regis Washington, D.C. has completely revamped its bar and lobby area to look like an old-school English club, Eater.com reports.

The Rockwell Group created the design which features wood herringbone floors, Chesterfield sofas covered in distressed leather, silver-studded wooden tables and custom-made upholstery.

There is also a new chandelier, a refurbished bronze-accented bar and a modern fireplace fixture.

The bar’s original 16-foot carved ceilings remain.
