Harris Teeter Inc. has signed a 20-year lease for a 50,000-square-foot store in Bethesda at 8300 Wisconsin Ave., a mixed-use project expected to break ground in April.

The property is being developed by Bethesda-based StonebridgeCarras LLC and Chicago-based Walton Street Capital LLC. It will include 359 apartments and underground parking.
