STK, a steakhouse geared toward female customers, is opening its first restaurant in Washington.

Restaurant operator The ONE Group has signed a Dupont Circle lease at 1250 Connecticut Ave. NW in Brookfield Office Properties Inc.’s eight-story, 210,000-square-foot building.

Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.
