Watch out for congestion near the Rockville Metro on Wednesday. The rescheduled Holiday Open House at Rockville Town Square kicks off at 6 p.m. The festivities will include live music, horse and carriage rides, hot cider samples, and Santa will arrive for a tree lighting ceremony.
