Join WTOP, Washington Adventist Hospital, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and Adventist HealthCare for the 5th Annual Love Your Heart Expo featuring heart health screenings, heart healthy cooking and exercise demonstrations and heart healthy talks from medical professionals!

What: Love Your Heart Expo
When: Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Where: Westfield Montgomery Mall (Nordstrom Corridor)

This event is free and open to the public. No advance registration is required. Register in-person at the event and complete all of the event’s health screenings to be eligible to win an iPad!

Health Screenings available at the expo will include:

  • Cholesterol and Glucose finger stick test
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Composition
  • Body Mass Index
  • Waist to Hip Ratio
  • Sleep Apnea Screening
  • Personal Counseling Sessions

    Screening registration will close at 2:45 p.m.
