D.C. man indicted in Arlington jewelry store murder

WASHINGTON – A D.C. man now has been indicted for the murder of an Arlington County jeweler.

A grand jury has handed up capital murder charges against 53-year-old James Caroline for the July 27 killing of Tommy Kin Mo Wong.

Wong was shot to death in his jewelry store on Columbia Pike.

There’s no trial date yet for Caroline.
