Costco special exception hearings scheduled for March

Montgomery County’s Office of Zoning and Administrative Hearings will review Costco’s new special exception application for its proposed Wheaton gas station in March, The Gazette reported.

Costco had to develop a new application after it moved the gas station location slightly eastward following the passing of a zoning text amendment that bans larger gas stations from being built within 300 feet of any school, park, playground or other cultural park.
