Gas down from last week, up from last year

WASHINGTON – WTOP’s Pain in the Gas Survey shows that prices are down again.

A gallon of regular gasoline dropped 7 cents to $3.57 while mid-grade fell 9 cents to $3.77. Premium also slid down 8 cents to $3.95.

A gallon of diesel went up 8 cents to $4.09 a gallon.

One year ago, on Nov. 10, WTOP found the price for a gallon of regular gasoline was $3.46, mid-grade was $3.63 and a gallon of premium gas was $3.76. Diesel was also cheaper at $3.98 a gallon.
