United Nations Foundation relocates in D.C.

The United Nations Foundation will consolidate two Washington offices into one, larger location at 1750 Pennsylvania Ave. NW.

The UN Foundation has leased 85,000 square feet in the building, just a block from the White House, from owner Vornado/Charles E. Smith.

CBRE represented the UN Foundation. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.

“The United Nations Foundation has experienced rapid expansion of its programs and, as a result, required more space,” said CBRE’s Tina Weaver.

The foundation will make the move in January 2014.
