There is a new Ms Wheelchair DC, crowned the other night. The selection process for Ms. Wheelchair DC includes participation in empowerment seminars, the delivery of a platform speech and judged interviews. And Dawn Patrice Jennings will represent the District competing in nationally with other state titleholders in the annual Ms. Wheelchair America Pageant.
