Dan Petroski makes wines in his head at Larkmead Vineyards

He went from Madison Avenue in New York City to cellar rat in Napa Valley. With no formal training, winemaker Dan Petroski makes some of Napa Valley’s most prestigious wines at Larkmead Vineyards by thinking about the past and looking towards the future. He applies the same philosophy in contemplating climate change and what can be done to preserve the legacy of Larkmead as well as the rest of Napa Valley’s vineyards.
