TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Tampa Bay quarterback Josh McCown is active Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, but will not start for the fourth straight game.

Quarterback Mike Kafka, linebackers Brandon Magee and Johnathan Casillas, safety Keith Tandy, cornerback Brandon Dixon, and offensive linemen Kevin Pamphile and Kadeem Edwards are inactive for the Bucs.

Fullback Zach Line, linebackers Gerald Hodges and Brandon Watts, guards Vladimir Ducasse and David Yankey, tight end Kyle Rudolph and defensive end Scott Crichton are inactive for the Vikings.
