Developer Ready To Flip Former Air Rights Buildings – MRP Realty, the developer that bought the former Air Rights office buildings just two years ago, is already looking to sell. The D.C.-based company bought the office buildings and hotel complex for $205 million and promptly set about renovating and rebranding the place into “Bethesda Crossing.” Now, it’s hired Cassidy Turley to market the complex to buyers.
