WASHINGTON (AP) — Defense officials say seven officers who assisted a woman who fell ill in a Pentagon parking lot today are being isolated and might be kept in a tent at the Pentagon overnight.

The woman became sick and told emergency personnel that she had recently been to West Africa.

An Arlington County, Virginia, HazMat team responded, treating it as a possible Ebola case.

The woman was taken to the Inova Fairfax Hospital, where she has been isolated. The hospital says its staff and the Fairfax County Health Department are evaluating the woman but have not yet decided whether to test her for the Ebola virus.

A military official says the woman works for Total Spectrum, whose website says it is a lobbying and PR firm. The company’s managing director tells The Associated Press that the Pentagon contacted him, and he told officials the woman has not been out of the Washington area.
