The Martinsville Bulletin (http://bit.ly/1sXUtL1) reports that 20-year-old Parnell Markese Rucker has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He surrendered Thursday.

Rucker was sought for the slayings of 30-year-old Orlando Akridge of Martinsville and 32-year-old Julius Keon Giggetts, formerly of Martinsville.
