Va. taekwondo coach accused of sexual contact with minors
A nationally known Virginia taekwondo coach has been indicted for alleged inappropriate sexual contact with two minor girls. Quyen Vinh Phan Le, 38, was indicted earlier this week on seven felony counts for incidents that occurred at the Phan University of Martial Arts and his home, both in Springfield, Va.
