Adult victims of New York quadruple killing named

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (AP) — New York State Police have confirmed that the two adults and two boys found slain in a suburban Albany home this week were a family.

Troopers on Friday identified the adult victims as 39-year-old Jin Feng Chen and his 38-year-old wife Hai Yan Li. Police are not releasing the names of the 7- and 10-year-old boys because of their age.

The victims’ bodies were found Wednesday in a home along a busy residential and commercial stretch of road just west of Albany. Police have not released details of the case, including how the victims were killed or if there are possible suspects.

Police on Friday repeated their public request for information as they continue their investigation. They said they’ve had to enlist help from Chinese-language interpreters to question people.
