Central has all the prerequisite amenities luxury apartment and condo developers are baking into their new D.C.-area projects, including a pool, lounge, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa, library, outdoor terraces and a 24/7 concierge.

β€œIn the past few years this area has stepped out of Washington, D.C.’s shadow and grown into a hot spot of entertainment, music dining and retail β€” so we seized an opportunity to create an active and exciting residential offering to complement it,” said Jon Carr, senior vice president of development for developer Grosvenor Americas’ D.C. office.

Central also has room for 15,000 square feet of ground level retail. Tenants already signed on and set to open early next year include Pure Barre and Orangetheory Fitness.
