Maryland-based GP Strategies makes 2 international acquisitions

WASHINGTON — Columbia, Maryland-based GP Strategies, which provides companies with e-learning and management consulting services, has made two acquisitions across the Atlantic.

GP Strategies acquired Scotland-based YouTrain Limited, which offers apprenticeships and employability training, as well as corporate training and staffing services, for an undisclosed sum.

The 11-year-old company has 43 employees and $3.9 million in annual revenue.

GP Strategies also acquired some of the assets and the business of U.K.-based CLS Performance Solutions Limited, an enterprise resource planning and training services company.

The 6-year-old London company has $3 million in annual revenue.

GP Strategies has about 3,400 employees, according to Bloomberg Data. The company’s clients include Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing, process and energy industries and other commercial and government customers.
