3 children injured in hit-and-run in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — Norfolk police are searching for the driver of a vehicle that hit three children in a crosswalk and then left the scene.

Police say in a new release that all three children suffered non-life threatening injuries. The victims were identified as an 11-year-old boy, a 5-year-old girl and a 7- year-old boy.

Police say the children were hit by a dark blue Toyota Camry around 4:10 p.m. Friday as they were crossing a street.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for any information leading to an arrest.
