Southbound lanes of I-95 between Maryland Route 32 and Maryland Route 216 were closed for several hours after a tractor overturned in the median. Witnesses told police that a woman driving her SUV erratically may have hit the big rig. Howard County Fire and EMS said all lanes were reopened as of 11 a.m. The victims were taken to Shock Trauma, said Howard County Fire and EMS spokeswoman Maria Hogg. Their conditions are unknown at this time. Officials remained on the scene for further investigation.
