Grain mostly lower, beef and pork higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery fell 6 cents to $5.2750 a bushel; Dec corn was 4 cents lower at 3.4425 a bushel; Dec oats were 2 cents higher at $3.49 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 15.75 cents to $9.9975 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Oct live cattle rose 1.15 cents to $1.5967 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was 1.83 cent higher at $2.2775 a pound; while Oct lean hogs gained 2.70 cents to $1.0577 a pound.
