CBO: GOP health plan would cut insurance for 14M, save $337B

WASHINGTON — The Congressional Budget Office’s report on the American Health Care Act, the Republican plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act, is out.

The report says that under the plan, 14 million fewer people will have insurance in 2018, and 24 million fewer people will be insured by 2026.

The report also says the plan would save the government $337 billion by 2026.
