Police seeking assistance locating missing D.C. woman

WASHINGTON – The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.

Carolyn Porter, 59, was last seen Saturday, April 14 at approximately 1:30 a.m. in the 800 block of 21st Street, NE.

Porter is described as a black woman, 5-foot-2-inch tall and about 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Porter was last seen wearing black jeans, a black sweater and white low-cut tennis shoes. She is in need of medication.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Porter is asked to call the Metropolitan Police Department at 202-727-9099, Youth Investigations Branch at 202-576-6768, or 911.
