Jackie Evancho sings national anthem at Trump inauguration (Video)

[related_gallery align=”right”]WASHINGTON — Sixteen-year-old Jackie Evancho may have been runner up in the television series “America’s Got Talent,” but she took center stage Friday at the inauguration ceremony of Donald Trump.

The young starlet, who rose to fame in 2010, performed the national anthem after Trump was sworn in as the 45th president of the United States.

But it wasn’t Evanko’s first time performing for a president. She sang for President Obama and his family at the National Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in 2010.

Evanko has an impressive portfolio to date, with three Billboard 200 top 10 debuts and six albums, including a platinum and gold.
